1. Using Fibi
These terms apply when you access or use Fibi. By using the service, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Fibi.
Fibi is currently an early-stage and privately operated product. Features may be introduced, changed or withdrawn as the product develops.
2. What Fibi provides
Fibi provides informational and administrative assistance. Depending on the deployment and authorised connections, it may help retrieve information, organise records, prepare drafts, coordinate tasks or propose actions.
Fibi does not replace professional legal, financial, medical, tax or other regulated advice. Information provided by Fibi should be checked where accuracy matters.
3. Your responsibility
You remain responsible for reviewing Fibi’s output, approving consequential actions and making important decisions. You must check recipients, dates, amounts, instructions and other material details before approving an action.
You agree not to use Fibi unlawfully, to harm others, to gain unauthorised access, or to interfere with the service. You are responsible for protecting your devices, accounts and access credentials.
4. Connected and external services
Fibi may connect to services such as Google only when authorised. Those services are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms, privacy policies, availability and technical limits. Fibi is not responsible for a third-party service’s operation or changes.
You can disconnect an external service, although doing so may prevent related Fibi features from working.
5. Your information and content
You retain responsibility for information and content you provide or authorise Fibi to access. You grant the operator of your Fibi deployment permission to process that information only as needed to provide, protect and improve the requested service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You must have the right to provide or connect the information you ask Fibi to process.
6. Availability and changes
Fibi may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, faults, network conditions or changes to connected services. Continuous or uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may be updated to improve safety, reliability or usefulness.
7. Accuracy and warranties
AI systems can misunderstand requests or produce incomplete or inaccurate output. Fibi is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no warranties are made beyond any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that apply to you.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the operator of Fibi is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the service or a connected third-party service. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Ending use
You may stop using Fibi and revoke connected-service access at any time. Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, users or third parties, or to address unlawful or harmful use.
10. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Fibi develops. The effective date will be revised when changes are published. Material changes should be communicated reasonably before taking effect.
